About Liz Brazil

I obtained my Real Estate license in 2001. I started my own business "Jamestown Rental Realty" in 2003.
In October of 2010 I merged my company with Lila Delman Real Estate heading up their Jamestown office rental department.

My objective is to give quality service to my clients. I conduct business with honesty and integrity, modeling my practices by the "Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors". As your real estate agent, I will customize my service to meet your individual needs. I also represent buyers and sellers and enjoy helping people meet their goals and look forward to working with you.

Growing up, I " summered" in Jamestown with my family. I love the ocean, and moved here as a full time resident in 1993. Jamestown is a part of my past, present and future.

I have been married for 18 years and have one son, a 95 pound dog named Simon and a cat named Jack.

My office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (if I am not in the office, I may be out showing a property, please feel free to call and I can try to meet you there) and on weekends by appointment only.

Our office (34 Narragansett Avenue, Jamestown, RI) is located in the corner of the Bomes Theatre building. This brick facade building was built in 1922 as a movie theatre and known as the "Palace" until it was purchased by Samuel Bomes in 1946.

The office is just a short stroll from the Jamestown waterfront, marina, and area restaurants. Whether you are arriving by car, ferry, or boat we are centrally located in the Village for easy access.
