Vacation & Seasonal Rentals
Most of the weekly, summer rental property you see on this site rents from Saturday to Saturday. Some houses make exceptions and rent for weekends and other time frames. Most prices you'll see are quoted for a single week's stay, unless otherwise specified. If you are looking for a getaway rental, shorter than a week click here.
The Process of Renting a Summer Vacation Home with Jamestown Rental Realty
One or more properties will be proposed to the Tenant as potential properties to rent. Details of the property are described on individual listing pages, and I am happy to answer any further questions. Once a property is decided upon a lease will be emailed to the tenant for review, please ask any questions you may have. Cleaning fees are either included in the rental amount or an allowance is stated in the lease or charged in full to the Tenant that is house/lease specific. No taxes are charged in addition to the rent. Check in and out process is easy and will accommodate late arrivers after 5pm business hours. Check in is 3pm, check out time is 10am.
Winter - Off Season - Rentals
Winter rental prices apply to a 6 to 8 month lease commitment. Prices will vary
for rental terms of 6 months or less.
